Cancellation Policy
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your trip date. Cancellations made 7+ days before may transfer the deposit to a future trip (one-time courtesy reschedule). Cancellations made less than 7 days before will forfeit the deposit. No-shows are non-refundable. The captain reserves the right to cancel, shorten, delay, or reschedule trips due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. All weather and safety decisions are made at the captain's sole discretion.
